June 11, 1997 General motion   Children under the age of 16 must wear helmets when on wheels.  
Aug 12, 1997 Participation   Proposed - 6 hours participation per unit, every unit has to be on a committee, participation hours are to be recorded.
Feb 16, 1999 Finances   Motion for each unit to receive $100.00 paint allowance and new porch lights, mailboxes, and unit numbers.

Oct 14, 1999 Proof of Quorum   Motion: Proof of Quorum is established when 30% of the membership is in attendance and 25 of the units are represented.
Jan 18, 2000 Maintenance   Motion: to authorize the board to prepare a detailed proposal, based on the previously accepted report, for CMHC for the releasing of funds to repair all bathrooms; or at the very least twenty nine bathrooms: with the intent of replacing the capital reserve funds.
April 18, 2000 General   Motion to remove the housing charge amount from our sign.
April 18, 2000 Maintenance   Motion: That up to two items can be left outside all night on the stoop. On the condition that the two items not obstruct the doorway. (eg. broom, lawn chair, child's toy).

June 12, 2001 Membership   Motion: to explore and assess if the Management company looking to locate Hamilton Tiger cats at West Hills is worth it.
June 12, 2001 General   Motion: to form an ad-hoc committe to look into a children's playground, and submit a report to the board.
April 16, 2002 Finances   Motion: to approve Sherwood's Roofing for the installation of the new roofs for West Hills.
April 16, 2002 Landscaping   Motion: to approve Green Lawn Care for our lawns.
April 16, 2002 Participation   That non-participants on committees be removed automatically if they refuse two (2) tasks in sequence without reasonable cause.
April 16, 2002 Membership   Motion to uphold the board's decision to evict L. P. The member asked if the evicion date could be extended: the members turned down the request.
June 25, 2002 General   Motion: to upgrade the meeting room with tables, chairs, and an air conditioner.

April 26, 2005 Maintenance   The Chair ruled that if the Maintenance chair approved the job then the hours done in your own unit would count as "hours" towards what you need to submit each month as part of participation.
June 28, 2005 General   Policy to cover walking around with beer bottles: it is not permitted. They must be concealed, somehow.
June 20, 2006 Board   Motion: that all chairperson's verify their committee's hours before submission to the office.
June 20, 2006 Housing Charge   Motion: $10.00 per month each year for five years, commencing September 1, 2006 (This increase will be subject to review each year).
June 20, 2006 Housing Charge   for subsidy calculations, 27.5 % of earned income will be used instead of 25%
June 26, 2007 General   Motion: that the board is in power to make a decision on the flooring and propose it at the next General meeting.

Nov 29, 2007 General   Motion: to obtain a structural engineering firm to survey the entire complex from both within and without for the purpose of a Reserve Fund Study.
Nov 29, 2007 General   Motion: to have committees, such as Inspection, Maintenance and Membership create or modify their forms and submit them for Baord approval.
Nov 29, 2007 Housing Charge   Motion: to increase utility allowance to $110.00 a month effective December 1, 2007.
