Planning Committee Meeting
March 6, 2008

Call to order:  Meeting was called to order at 7:o3 p.m.

Motion: to approve Agenda;  Bonnie/John; carried

Motion: to approve amended Minutes of February 7, 2008; Isabel/Donna; carried

Business arising from Previous Minutes:  No new business arising from the previous minutes

Flooring Questionnaire:  Only 22 questionnaires were returned for consideration.  Melissa will compile the results for the next meeting, noting how many units have each specific problem as outlined on the questionnaire. The results will be tabulated and the committee will decide at the next meeting which unit(s) will need visual inspection in order to determine the “needy” units. 

New Business:  The committee was given copies of the three quotes given to the board regarding the firms in competition for the Reserve Fund Study.  At the Next Meeting the committee will give their recommendations to the board for which company they would recommend.

Isabel supplied government grants information for the co-op regarding Heat Loss and weather proofing our units.  More research needs to be done in this area.  Tom is going to photocopy the information and have it available for the next meeting.
