AGM - June 24, 2008

Board Elections

Elected to two year terms: John Robinson, Melissa Brown, and Rick Kennedy. Jason Vane was elected to a one year term.

We voted to purchase a basketball net for the pit, to be installed professionally by Henderson.

We also voted to increase the size of the speed bumps in our co-op.

Fencing was voted on closing off access to the rear of unit 1 from the street through the pine trees. Also a fence is to be installed between unit 48 and the "DOT Patio" back fence, effectively removing access to our back yards.

A satellite Installation "board" will be attached on each block of units so that any co-op member who wishes to have a satellite system may have access to a clear view of the sky.

 

Updates:

The speed bumps have been installed, and in addition, a maximum speed sign has also been erected.

The saftey lights in front of unit 25 and also in back of unit 25 have been installed.

The basketaball net is fully functional now.

The fencing has been erected, and members report much less "traffic" behind their units.

Some counter tops are being replaced.

Unit 2 has been "brought" back to good condition and has been allocated.

We are sorry to report that the board has lost the services of Teresa Mackay. She has had to resign for personal reasons. Her presence will be greatly missed.
